Terms, Conditions & Rules:
Individual & Group entries for half marathon, 10K, and 5K Run categories shall be accepted.
Half Marathon applicants must be 16 years as of December 17, 2023.
10K applicants must be 12 years as of December 17, 2023.
5K Run is open to all, but applicants under 12 years must be accompanied by a guardian/parent.
Winners will be decided on the basis of gun timing, not bib tag chip timing.
No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course.
Cancellation policy: Refund of 50% of the basic amount will be done for requests received on or before October 31, 2023, by email. Later requests will not be considered for any refund.
Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the event.
KiShaan Sports reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the event/competition who gives incorrect personal data/details on the entry form or who is suspected of having taken banned substances. No refund of entry fee will be made.
No result or certificate will be given to runners who do not start their run at the respective start times of the race categories they have been confirmed in.
Every runner must wear their running number bib on the front of the vest. Any alteration or damage to the bib will result in disqualification.
Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating if they are found medically unfit to continue.
Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
Runners must collect their running number bib personally from the Expo. Authorized representatives must carry soft copies of confirmation email/SMS with BIB Number details and a photo-identity proof of the confirmed participant.
In case of event delay or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer has sole discretion on refund amounts.
The organizer has the right to change the venue in case of difficulty, permissions, convenience, or safety.
