We are back with the second edition of Stadium Run, this year participants will get to run on the athletic track, This event is ready to offer the world class running experience to all elite race goers of Surat and around. It’s a treat for seasoned runners as they can amplify their running and also enjoy the spree of normal way of running with fellow race goers. Stadium Runs are fully supported by the Organisers with respect to hydration, refreshments, apparels, finisher medals and certificates.

Note : One loop will be considered as 430 meter, irrespective of which lane participants run in

TERMS & CONDITIONS / OTHER DETAILS

Please choose the event category carefully, registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
During Stadium run time provided by official timing partner will be considered as final, timed measured by participants on digital watches or mobile application such as garmin, strava, endomodo, etc will not be considered and counted
Participants must provide valid contact mobile number and email id for further communication
It is must for all participants to run in their allotted lanes
Race directors and Organiser decisions will be the final
Minimum age to participate is 16 years
Participants have to collect kit (BIB-T-shirts) on the day of expo i.e 09/7/22, Kit will not be available on the day of event
Bib and Timing Chip have to be worn at all times during the entire run.
Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during in the race. Each runner shall be responsible with his/her own health/condition. The Organizer will not responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race as direct result of gross negligence of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case by case basis as recommended by medical team as appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not payable by the Organizer and the relevant hospital.
Participant is responsible for their own safety.
You assure that in the event of adverse weather condition, major incidents threats on the day or restriction by authorities, the organiser reserve the rights to postpone/stop/cancel the event.

All participants are required to report at the venue 1 Hour prior to the start-time
No family and friends will be entertained at the food area or on the track for participants.
Distance for one loop is considered as 430 mtrs irrespective of the lane the participant runs in.

Lane Allocation

Lane 1,2 – 5 Hours Run
Lane 3,4,5 – 3 Hours Run
Lane 6,7,8 – 2 Hours Run
