- Participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the marathon, unless otherwise specified for specific categories.
- Participants must be physically fit and capable of completing the chosen distance.

🔖 Registration:
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of postponement due to various reasons, the registration fee paid will be allocated to the rescheduled event on a different date.
- Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Registration may close before the stated deadline if participant capacity is reached.
🔖 Health and Safety:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety before, during, and after the marathon.
- Participants should consult with a medical professional before undertaking any physical activity, including participation in the marathon.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff, volunteers, and medical personnel.
🔖 Conduct:
- Participants must always conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
- Any form of cheating, including but not limited to cutting the course, using unauthorized means of transportation, or accepting outside assistance, will result in disqualification.
- Participants must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the course.
🔖 Liability:
- Participation in the marathon is at the participant's own risk.
- The organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates of the marathon are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event.
🔖 Photography and Publicity:
- Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the marathon for promotional purposes.
- Participants may not use the marathon for any commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent from the organizers.

- The organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
