Event Details
JUNIORATHON is Erode’s largest under 15 kids’ marathon, it aims to create awareness on the rise of Childhood Obesity & related diseases due to lack of
outdoor activities and teach the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle
by encouraging children to walk/run and get active each day.
It promotes that getting dirty is healthier than playing with gadgets which
makes children more vulnerable to Vitamin D deficiency, depression and
chronic weight-related diseases. We firmly believe that every child needs to
play/run/walk outdoors for his or her physical, social, emotional and overall
well-being. Erode JUNIORTHON will be the first ever annual running event for
children & junior athletes in Erode. The first season will be held on 25th December
2022. Juniorathon event is conceptualized and organized by V2 Creations.
