Lalita Babar
This athlete hailing from Mohi Village of Satara has made it to the limelight in 2005 with her participation in U-20 National Championship Pune. She achieved her best timing in the Marathon of 2015. Her timing was 2:38:21. The bronze medal in the 3000m steeple chase in Asian Games 2014 (held in Korea) is one of her few notable achievements.
Nitendra Singh Rawat
Nitendra qualified for Rio Olympics is 2016 to represent India. He also had the best timing of 2:18 in South Korean World Military Games. IAAF World Championships is one of the most prestigious championships for any athlete. He qualified IAAF in 2019.
Gopi Thonkanal
