Running on the IIT Bombay Campus
There are few places in Mumbai where you can run without avoiding the traffic and the crowds… the IIT campus is one of them.
Devesh Khatu took up running marathons in 2005 as a challenge to overcome some personal issues, and to prove that he could also be athletic, after being very studious growing up. Since then, he hasn’t looked back, and has run 120 (full) marathons as of March 2021 in 32 countries with a PB of 3:18:52, including all the six World Marathon Majors. Devesh has worked in several different careers including software development, investing/trading stocks and options, and as a fundraiser in the NGO sector. Besides running marathons, he is a world traveler, foodie, blogger, film buff, board games enthusiast and LGBT activist.
