Attaining Mental Peace Through Running
Chinju Ann Chacko (Ann) shares with us her journey of how running helped her in dealing with stress and anxiety.
My journey started in 2014 with 1km slow runs. I have done a lot of runs and half marathons. The adrenaline rush was something else. Covering more distance in lesser time became like an achievement plus setting a fitness goal. Running allows me to set my mind free. Helps me cope with my day and my productivity. Gearing up for the next!
