Event Details

Simple Steps came into existence to create awareness of running for fitness among children. Before 2015, there were no Marathons organized exclusively for Children. So with this idea in mind, we organized our first Marathon for Kids in November 2015 in Pune to celebrate Children’s day.

Running is a simple exercise, encouraging children to participate in sports. Running strengthens bones, muscles, and tendons; helps improve coordination, is good for cardiovascular system besides being a fun activity. After successfully completing 5 editions in Pune, now this will be our 6th Edition in Pune on 14th Nov 2021.

Note: Athletes of a higher age category can run the lower distance depending on the fitness level but they won’t be eligible for podium
