• ⏱️ Winners based on timing chip results
• ❗ No expensive items (gold, cash) – organizers not liable
• 🕒 Arrive 45 minutes before your race
• 📛 Timing bib required (except for 2 KM & untimed 5 KM)
• 🚫 No bib = No run
• 💵 Lost bibs = Extra fee for reissue
• 🎒 Baggage & 🚻 Washrooms available (no expensive belongings)
• 🚑 Avoid participation if unwell — organizers not responsible
• ❌ Registration & merchandise fees are non-refundable
• ✍️ Correct name must be entered — no post-registration changes
• 💬 Run within your strength — health comes first
• ⚠️ Accidents not the organizer's responsibility
• 🚷 No bib transfers allowed
• 🔁 Bib sharing = Disqualification
