I acknowledge that all registrations are non-refundable, including in cases of unavoidable postponements (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or government restrictions). My registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date or may be shifted to the next edition at the organizer’s discretion.

I release all organizers, partners, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims or liabilities. I also grant permission for my photos/videos to be used for event promotion.
