🏁 RACE INFORMATION

Competitive Distances: 10K, 21K, 42K
⚠️ Note: Marathon is not a short-distance race. Road closures will be limited to crucial points. Participants are responsible for their own safety.

Minimum Age Criteria (as on or before 12th Oct 2025):

• 10K – 15 years

• 21K & 42K – 18 years
  (Participants below minimum age are ineligible for podium or prizes in competitive categories.)

💰 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. No ticket cancellation, transfer, or refund except in case of event postponement/cancellation.

2. Route Map will be displayed one week before the event on official website.

3. Fee structure is subject to change; final rate applies at registration.

4. T-shirt size cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully.

5. Hydration, medical & crew support provided; participants with pre-existing conditions should consult a doctor.

6. Finisher Medal & Packed Breakfast distributed at takeaway counter; follow social distancing.

7. BIB & Event Kit distributed only at official BIB centers announced before the event. No distribution on event day.

8. Event changes: Refund or carry-forward available in case of postponement/cancellation.

9. 42K participants must carry a head torch for early morning safety.

10. Photography Permission: Registration grants the organizer rights to use event photos for promotion.

11. Medical Services: Free on-site services; further treatment will follow nearest hospital policies and participant bears the costs.
