The event is a Cross-country Race that takes place on varied surfaces, including grass, hills, flat ground, and gravel roads. Participants will encounter a tough and treacherous 100% trail course, so they are advised to choose their distance wisely. The event may take place in wet and muddy conditions due to the August weather.
The race course is well-marked to prevent racers from making wrong turns. Markings may include tape, ribbon, chalk, paint on the ground, or cones.
To prepare for the race, participants are recommended to wear good trail shoes or cushioned shoes with good grip on muddy, grassy, and rocky routes. They should also dress in breathable fabric T-shirts and shorts that absorb sweat and provide freedom of movement. Accessories like caps, sunglasses, long socks (calf sleeves), and sippers are equally important.
Participants will receive a T-shirt, breakfast, finisher medal, and timing certificate as takeaways from the event.
The race offers several categories:
- 7Km Run (starting at 6:00 am, minimum age 14 years) - Entry fee: 1600/-
- 14Km Run (starting at 6:00 am, minimum age 14 years) - Entry fee: 1800/-
- Half Marathon (starting at 5:30 am, minimum age 18 years, cut off 3:30 hrs) - Entry fee: 2000/-
- 7Km Relay Run [Team of 3] (starting at 6:30 am, minimum age 18 years, cut off 3 hrs) - Entry fee: 4800/-
The last date for registration is 7th August 2023 or until all slots are filled.
Discounts are available for early registrations: 50% discount until 24th July and 40% discount until 31st July.
There are no cash prizes for winners, but the top 3 participants in the male and female categories of Half Marathon, 14K, and 7K will be felicitated, as well as the top 3 Relay teams if the event has more than 300 participants.
Safety is paramount, and while the route will be marked and manned, participants are responsible for their own well-being. They are encouraged to carry a cell phone in case of emergencies and contact the nearest checkpoint if needed.

The refund policy states that if the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, alternate options will be offered for future events, but the registration fee is non-refundable. However, a full refund is available for participants who wish to withdraw from the event at least 10 days before the event date and inform the organizers at [email protected].
Participants are required to affirm their physical fitness and sufficient training for the race, certified by a licensed medical practitioner. They also agree to indemnify the organizers and other associated parties against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims, or proceedings arising from any misstatements or misrepresentations made.
