1️⃣ No Refund Policy: Once registered, no refund for any reason (injury, illness, etc.)
2️⃣ Event Postponement: All entries automatically transferred to the new date
3️⃣ Event Cancellation: Partial refund (up to 50%) or transfer to a future event
4️⃣ Transfer of Registration: Allowed up to 15 days before event via email
5️⃣ Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters/pandemics, event may be modified or cancelled without refund
