📅 Date: 08th March 2025
⏰ Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
📍 Venue: Hotel JSR Inn, Parking Area, Kimadi Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
📝 Important Points to Remember:
- For a customized BIB, register at least 20 days before the event date.
- BIB Expo is 1 day before the event. There is no BIB Expo on the event day.
- If you are collecting another participant's BIB, you must have a consent letter and ticket from the participant.
- No on-spot registration allowed.
🚫 BIB Rules:
- Participants cannot exchange BIBs with others. Each BIB number is unique to the participant.
- Your BIB must be worn on the chest; wearing it on the back will disqualify you from the winner's list.
- Timing certificates and results will be available on the same day.
- Photos will be available within 24 hours.
