📌 Eligibility

👥 Minimum 10 runners per club
• At least 7 Male runners
• At least 3 Female runners

⏱️ Scoring Method

📊 Team score = Average net finish time of:
• Best 7 Male finishers
• Best 3 Female finishers

🏆 Club with the best average time wins the challenge

🏆 The Rolling Trophy

🥇 The winning club will receive a prestigious rolling trophy, engraved with the club’s name — cementing their legacy in Cubbon Classic history ✨

📝 Registering Your Running Club

The Ultimate Running Club Challenge follows a simple two-step process to ensure accurate club tracking:

🔹 Step 1: Captain Registration

The Running Club Captain must fill the Club Registration Form on

Required details:
• Club Name
• Club Captain Name
• Captain’s Email ID
• Captain’s Phone Number
• Club Base City

🔹 Step 2: Code Distribution

📧 Within 24–48 hours, the Captain will receive an email with a unique Running Club Code
🔐 This code must be shared with all club members

🔹 Step 3: Member Entry

🏃 Each club member must enter the Running Club Code while registering for the 10K run

✅ Only runners using this code will be tracked and scored in the Ultimate Running Club Challenge
