About Apla Pune Marathon:

The Times have been hard for all of us amidst the pandemic and our cops have been the unsung heroes who went out of the way to keep all of us safe. In the effort to keep the city and the civilians as safe as possible, they have done everything to strengthen the civilian-soldier-cop camaraderie. Let’s celebrate this friendship with pride and get closer to our uniformed heroes by running with them on 29th August 2021.
With the motto “Civilian-Soldier-Cop Camaraderie”,
We are organizing the ‘Apla Pune’ Marathon', another chapter in our line of attempts to bridge the gap between the Soldier-Cop and the civilians. This is a marathon where civilians will be running with the policemen and women in the city as a gesture of gratitude, love, and fellowship. So, come join us and have a HEALTHY, HAPPY, and HEARTY run with our very own heroes.
This Marathon will be organized as per the existing safety rules and regulations imposed by the civic and police authorities.
The marathon will be undertaken in safe conditions because we know the pandemic still exists. The marathon will comprise of various categories, viz. 5 Kms, 10 Kms, 10 Miles (16 Kms), 21 Kms (Half-Marathon), 42 Kms (Full Marathon).

You can choose anyone that suits you best and register for the same at www.AplaPuneMarathon.com. No matter the marathon you choose, the one thing common in all of them is the respect you will be showing for our uniformed warriors and the hand friendship you offer them. The winners of the marathon will be rewarded with prizes, but all participants will take home the hearty feeling of attainment after completing the long run.

So, take out those running shoes and get ready to run with the cops of the city. Run, have wholesome conversations, and most importantly take a step closer to a Soldier-Cop and the civilian's friendship. We hope to see you on  29 August 2021.

Note: We are conducting free RTPCR tests for all registered participants, wherein all registered participants can get the test done at no cost.
As per the state government order of covid-19 protocols, all the participants (Whether vaccinated or non vaccinated) must carry a negative RT-PCR report taken within 72hours. Outstation participants can get the test done on 26th August or can get tested on their own.
