No Refund Policy
Once registration is completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Event Postponement
If postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.

Event Cancellation
If cancelled and not rescheduled, participants will receive a partial refund (up to 50%) or transfer to a future KonfCraz Creation event.

Transfer of Registration
Transfers are allowed up to 15 days before the event by emailing [email protected].

Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without obligation of refund.
