1️⃣ No Refund Policy – Once registered, no refund under any circumstance (injury, illness, travel, etc.).

2️⃣ Event Postponement – Registration auto-transferred to new date; updates via email/social media.

3️⃣ Event Cancellation – Partial refund (up to 50%) or transfer to future event.

4️⃣ Transfer of Registration – Allowed up to 15 days before event via email; not accepted after.

5️⃣ Force Majeure – In case of natural disasters/pandemics, event may be modified, postponed, or cancelled without refund.
