We understand that you accept the fact that the finisher takeaways such as PERSONALISED Finisher's Medal & TIMED Finisher E-Certificate will only be sent to the finishers after the event. If a T-SHIRT is opted, it should be to sent your door – step regardless of the finisher status (along with Tuffman Visor & Tuffman Bandana & Tuffman Anti Tanning Sleeves, if opted).
TAKEAWAYS' NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE - Post lockdown ends or 30 days after the event's end date, whichever is later, the applied takeaways shall be dispatched to be delivered right at your doorstep. Regular updates shall be shared with you via SMS from the delivery partner.
The PERSONALISED Finisher's Medal is a ‘finisher’ reward and is subject to successful & genuine race finish and hence, will not be sent prior to event in anyway. It shall be sent as per TAKEAWAY'S NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE as mentioned above.

HOW TO RACE USING THE APP / NOT USING THE APP
During 10th - 14th November, you will be racing virtually on the TGHM Route. The app name will be disclosed soon. You can run anytime from anywhere safely on ANY ONE DAY during the mentioned dates.
WATCH THIS SPACE OR YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS TO FOLLOW DIRECTIVES FOR USING / NOT USING THE DEDICATED APP.
Pictures requested in the registration process are for feature creatives and are only for promotional purposes. The same are not anyway a part of the opted takeaway(s) for your registration.
The feature creatives will only be made for registered participants up till 10th October, 2021.
No feature creative shall be made for anyone after the above mentioned date.
1) Couriering attempt shall be done max once.
2) In case of 2nd and so on courier attempts, cost for extra attempts (& the takeaway's if lost) is to be paid separately by the registered participant which shall follow, in case of non - delivery of the takeaway package due to any reason.
3) Please note that the takeaway package would be sent only to the address under records. We are not responsible for any wrong / incomplete information provided in regards with the address (including pincode).
4) The same is also applicable in case of mis-fit of the opted T-SHIRT sizes.
TAKEAWAY(S) DISPATCH FOR A GROUP
Avail opportunity to receive your physical takeaway’s together in a suitable bulk packaging at one common address, for 4+ participants who have registered for the event.
The delivery for all the physical takeaways will be simplified for a group and you can experience proud memories, enjoying your takeaways.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY
Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.
Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading upto event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.
There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, as the race format has been changed into a Timed Virtual Race and the physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Goodie Bag (applicable for participants registered in 2020), Finisher Medal (based on finish status) and other items (if any) shall be sent via courier after the virtual event.
